RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative in Michigan with flexible schedules designed for college students. No experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, and compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum and upside.

You will use a company pricing app on a smartphone, receive assignments, and work with a casual dress code. The role includes paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for learning and development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with access to company pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and insurance.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
