Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Cape May, NJ area to support grocery-related projects. This role offers a comprehensive training program, minimum guaranteed pay with upside, and benefits like 401k with match.

You will use a pricing app on a smartphone to receive and complete assignments while maintaining reliability and timely execution. The position emphasizes accountability, respect, and trust, with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement and a focus on work-life

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect items in grocery store aisles as required by projects.
• Complete assignments on time and meet project criteria.
• Work on field projects across the area and coordinate with the company.
