Job summary

RDSolutions in Indiana is seeking a Field Representative for flexible, student-friendly schedules with no experience required. You will represent our essential business in retail environments, following the A.R.T. motto and meeting project criteria.

Responsibilities are light to moderate physical tasks, driving to stores, standing for shifts, lifting up to 40 pounds, and submitting timely assignments. Training is provided, and compensation is productivity-based with a guaranteed minimum.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
