Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to join its team with flexible schedules suitable for college students. No experience required; you will work within store hours, with paid training and performance-based pay including a guaranteed minimum and upside as you complete projects.

You must be 18+, have a high school diploma, a smartphone, driver’s license, and reliable transportation. This role emphasizes accountability, respect, and trust, offering mileage reimbursement and opportunities
