Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support store projects with flexible schedules. No experience needed; training provided and you’ll be paid based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum.

You'll represent an essential business while upholding A.R.T = Accountability, Respect, Trust. Qualified candidates are at least 18, have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with the pricing app installed.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerators and freezers.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects on time with attention to detail.
• Use the pricing app to receive and complete work orders.
• Travel within stores and accommodate flexible schedules.
