Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to uphold cleanliness and safety across the store, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, support cleaning projects, and handle minor repairs with a focus on safety and efficiency, while following SOPs and promoting the company image.

Responsibilities include maintaining store departments, adhering to health and safety regulations, and contributing to store programs.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent maintenance service.
• Performs all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists.
• Supports all teams with cleaning projects.
• Performs minor repairs and improvements.
• Immediately reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership.
