Job summary

You will supervise 3–4 Employees, schedule shifts, train Partners, and ensure daily compliance with SOPs for sanitation across departments. The role emphasizes prioritizing cleanliness, safety, and timely communication to Store Leaders.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with 6+ months of related experience / training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years experience as a Sanitation Specialist and leader or equivalent (preferred).
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines; general sanitation and food handling processes.
• Education: Associate's degree or equivalent or 6+ months related experience/training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–4 employees in the department and assist with scheduling.
• Ensure sanitation standards by following SOPs and overseeing daily processes.
• Provide training and development for Partners; back up to department manager.
• Communicate updates and needs to Store Leaders; help with process improvements.
• Maintain documentation of chemical handling and sanitation verification.
