Job summary

REI Williston is seeking a Store Sales Specialist to share product knowledge, guide customers, and process transactions while promoting REI memberships. You will help maintain appealing displays and ensure merchandise is organized and accessible on the shop floor.

You will engage with guests, participate in Sales & Service training, and stay ahead of product trends. A flexible schedule and commitment to customer satisfaction are essential at this location.

Qualifications

• Store retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints to support the business.
• Able to solve problems using sound judgment and resources.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.

Responsibilities
