REI Co-op is seeking a Store Sales Specialist in Chico, CA to share knowledge, assist customers, and facilitate transactions in a welcoming environment.

You will help maintain store appearance, promote memberships, and ensure 100% customer satisfaction while staying informed on REI products and services. The role requires strong communication and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
