LaserAway is opening a brand new Atlanta Cumming location and seeks a Store Sales Manager to lead the clinic, drive performance, and ensure an exceptional patient experience. You will blend strategic oversight with hands-on sales contributions, manage daily operations, and mentor a growing team of PCCs and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service with proven consultative sales and team management.
• Proficient in Google Suite, CRM systems, and data analysis to drive decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: lead by example and coach PCCs to achieve goals and maximize revenue.
• Manage operations: oversee scheduling and ensure a busy, smooth patient experience.
• Deliver care: monitor patient satisfaction and ensure premium experience from consult to treatment.
• Grow revenue: track CRM initiatives, cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
• Uphold standards: maintain brand standards and dress codes, ensure clean, welcoming environment.
• Oversee staff: recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
• Inventory & equipment: manage medical inventory and upkeep of aesthetic equipment.
• Community engagement: build relationships with local businesses to position LaserAway.
• Collaborate: partner with Regional Directors to align staffing, budgeting, and goals.

As a Store Sales Manager, you will lead your clinic to success by combining strategic oversight with hands‑on sales contributions. You’ll ensure smooth clinic operations, foster a collaborative team environment, and set the standard for excellence in patient care. Compensation

On average, our Store Sales Managers earn $70,000 to $100,000 annually, with top performers exceeding expectations thanks to their ability to inspire their teams and achieve revenue goals. At LaserAway, your success is our success!

Note: This is a brand new location opening in Cumming in September; the start date will be in August.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, contributing to individual sales while coaching Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to achieve their goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee daily scheduling, ensuring the clinic is busy while maintaining proper breaks for staff and delivering a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics, ensuring a premium experience from consultation to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives, focusing on cross‑sell, upsell, and win‑back strategies to boost clinic performance.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Ensure the clinic operates under LaserAway’s brand standards, including maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and ensuring staff adheres to dress codes.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians, fostering a positive work environment while managing performance expectations.
• Inventory and Equipment Oversight: Manage medical inventory, supplies, and the maintenance of aesthetic equipment to ensure seamless clinic operations.
