Job summary

Lion’s Den in Coldwater, MI is seeking part-time sales associates to provide friendly customer service and drive sales in our adult specialty retail environment.

Base pay is $12.48 per hour with additional commissions of $5.00–$7.00 per hour based on sales; full-time teammates receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, 401K, flexible schedules, voluntary benefits, employee discounts and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail, sales, or hospitality is ideal.

Responsibilities

Retail Sales Experience

Pay Includes

• Base pay + commission
• BASE PAY: $12.48 an hour (Commissions could be an additional $5.00-$7.00 an hour depending on sales)

Essential Job Functions and Physical Requirements

• Frequent Speaking in order to articulate and convey details or information accurately, loudly, rapidly and professionally.
• Able to hear average or normal conversations in order to receive ordinary information.
• Average, ordinary visual acuity necessary to be able to operate machinery and inspect both documents and products.
• Physical Strength: able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Be able to stand 4-8 hours without sitting.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
