Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Processing freight and assisting with price changes/markdowns.
2. Balancing registers according to company policy.
3. Calling out prices during transactions and bagging merchandise efficiently.
4. Handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions correctly.
5. Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
6. Maintaining store cleanliness and safety procedures.
7. Providing excellent customer service, including greeting, assisting, and thanking customers.
8. Assisting with merchandising and stock management.
9. Explaining exchange and refund policies to customers.
10. Supporting Loss Prevention efforts, including theft prevention and incident reporting.
11. Maintaining a professional appearance and wearing a name tag.

Job Requirements
