Job summary

Eat Clean Bro is hiring a Store Associate to welcome customers, understand their needs, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle transactions, keep shelves stocked, and ensure food safety standards are followed.

You’ll work with a team to rotate products, assist with inventory, and maintain a clean, organized store that delivers a great customer experience on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in retail or food service.
• Experience handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and general retail operations.
• Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming, energetic experiences for customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products and promotions.
• Operate store efficiently including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Process purchases at the cash register accurately.
• Receive shipments, count inventory, and flag discrepancies.
• Keep store shelves and displays stocked and tidy.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate inventory and monitor sell-through.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
• Keep the store clean and ready for customers throughout shifts.

Store Associate

As a Store Associate at Eat Clean Bro, you’ll be one of the faces of our brand and an important part of the customer experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you can build valuable skills in sales, hospitality, and retail operations while helping our stores continue to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Help create a welcoming, energetic, and memorable experience for every customer
• Build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending products, promotions, and sales opportunities
• Operate the store efficiently, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Process customer purchases and accurately operate the cash register
• Receive shipments, conduct inventory counts, and communicate low-stock items or discrepancies to management
• Keep refrigerators, shelves, and displays fully stocked and looking their best throughout every shift
• Partner with our production team to ensure products are available and replenished on time
• Maintain accurate inventory and product sell-through
• Follow all food safety regulations, health guidelines, and company policies
• Take pride in keeping the store clean, organized, and ready for our customers
