Responsibilities

1. Process freight and assist with price changes/markdowns.
2. Balance registers according to company policy.
3. Call out prices during transactions and bag merchandise efficiently.
4. Handle cash, checks, and credit cards correctly, obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks when necessary.
5. Maintain store cleanliness and safety procedures.
6. Provide excellent customer service: greet customers, adhere to fitting room policies, ring transactions promptly, thank customers, and invite them to return.
7. Assist with merchandising and stock level management.
8. Explain exchange and refund policies to customers.
9. Support loss prevention efforts, including preventing theft, reporting incidents, and following operational policies.
10. Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing a name tag.
11. Assist management with additional tasks as needed.
