Job summary

Crocs in Elizabeth, NJ is hiring a Store Sales Associate to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and uphold Crocs' V.I.B.E.S service model in a busy retail environment.

You will assist all store departments, manage POS, stay informed about brand initiatives including HEYDUDE, and partner with store management to meet personal goals while maintaining flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns, while consistently demonstrating the core values of Crocs, Inc.
• Assist in all store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers to elevate their experience and connection with HEYDUDE.
• Adhere to all HEYDUDE policies, including Asset Protection procedures, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance initiatives.

• Ability to move merchandise with appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor
• Ability to place and arrange items on all shelves and racks
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistanceAbility to be on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a duration of time

Title:Store Sales Associate

Salary or Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.50

The posted pay range reflects geographic market conditions and may vary by location. Compensation will always meet or exceed applicable local minimum wage requirements.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
