Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Texas to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will assist customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order processing, while loading and delivering orders as needed.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will contribute to meeting store goals, maintain a clean, organized environment, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required, must pass all background items and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing and customer support.
• Ability to work scheduled hours as needed, including flexibility based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

Job description

The Store Sales Associate is a key member of the US Commercial team and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This position supports retail and contractor customers by providing product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Sales Associate helps drive sales success while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

The starting pay rate for this role is $15/hour.

This position is scheduled within typical store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities
