The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate to join the US Commercial team in Florida. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment, provide product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service to both retail and contractor customers.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required, must pass all background checks and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers professionally.
• Ability to use a computer for order processing and customer support.
• Able to work scheduled hours including flexibility.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely.
• Ability to operate a hand truck or material handling equipment.

Description du poste

The Store Sales Associate is a key member of the US Commercial team and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This position supports retail and contractor customers by providing product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Sales Associate helps drive sales success while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

The pay range for this position is $16 - $22/hour.

This position is scheduled within typical store hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions
• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing
• Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications

• Ability to work scheduled hours as needed, including flexibility based on business needs
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment
