TravelCenters of America is seeking a Customer Service Parking Attendant to assist professional drivers using our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking, and general information. The role supports a clean, safe parking lot and fuel island area while upholding our customer service standards.

You will prioritize tasks based on customer and management needs, follow safety guidelines, and communicate effectively with the management team and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary

TravelCenters of America offers a convenient, one-stop shopping experience to our customers. We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab ‘N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts! The Customer Service Parking Attendant is a key member of the team responsible for assisting professional drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information. They ensure a pleasant environment for our customers so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

Typical Physical Demands

In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally.
