Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Merchandiser to replenish and merchandise products at large store accounts. You will act as an acting supervisor as needed and motivate team members while ensuring displays meet company standards.

Responsibilities include building displays, managing inventory, placing orders, and maintaining POS materials. Candidates should have physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and be able to work Monday through Friday with early hours.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years general work experience.
• 1+ year in a people leading role.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds; physical duties.
• Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Designate location, build and maintain product displays per standards.
• Maintain product levels in beverage sections and accounts.
• Manage back stock inventory and trade breakage.
• Meet customer service expectations with daily communication.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, customers, shoppers.
• Maintain inventory levels, assets and POS per merchandising standards.
• Determine stores' product needs and place orders with routes.
• Communicate account activities to relevant parties.
• Rotate products and replace POS advertising.
