Qualifications

• Active Security Guard License preferred.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible presence at Store entrances/exits to mitigate theft.
• Monitor sales floor for potential theft and suspicious behavior.
• Partner with Store Leadership to ensure compliance with Loss Prevention directives.
• Train Associates on shortage reduction initiatives.
• Maintain safety and secure environment for Associates and Customers.
