Job summary

NAPA in Burbank, CA seeks a Retail Store Associate to help customers find automotive parts, both in-store and via phone. You will use product knowledge to assist retail and wholesale customers and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

You will operate POS and inventory systems, maintain a welcoming store, and support deliveries and cycles counts. This is a strong entry point with growth opportunities within NAPA.

SummaryThe Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
