The Salvation Army Thrift Stores in Minnesota is seeking a Processor to handle donated goods, assist with merchandising, and support community programs through efficient warehouse operations.

You will sort, price, and move merchandise, assist donors, and help maintain stock levels while meeting daily goals. Training is provided; weekend/evening hours may be required. This is an equal opportunity employer.

Pay Rate: $14.00/hour

Status: (Part time, 25 hours per week)

About the Role

Join our team as a Processor where you'll play a crucial role in processing and preparing donated goods for sale in our thrift stores. This position combines warehouse operations, merchandising, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs.

Additional Information

Essential functions and responsibilities:

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise as instructed.
• Moves priced merchandise to floor for display and stocking or to the designated shipping location in the warehouse.
• Assists donors with donations. Complete donation receipts, collect donor information, and track donors.
• Power sorting donations into the correct bins.
• Receives ARC trucks and assists to load, unload, and move product to the correct departments.
• Assist in keeping the sales floor stocked and put new merchandise out as assigned. Work to meet the production goals for the store each day as needed.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule; full-time or part-time positions will require evening, weekend, and holiday hours
