The Salvation Army Thrift Stores in Noblesville, IN is seeking a part-time Store Processor II to join our team. You will handle sorting, pricing, and merchandising of donated goods, ensuring efficient flow from donation to sales floor and shipping areas.

The role supports community programs and requires reliable attendance. Responsibilities include reporting production, assisting donors, and maintaining orderly spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or currently pursuing
• Strong English communication for team interactions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and evenings
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
• Must pass pre-employment background check
• Reliable and team-oriented mindset

Responsabilités

• Sort, tag, and price merchandise according to established guidelines
• Track and report production numbers in assigned locations
• Move processed merchandise to sales floor for display or to shipping locations
• Assist donors with donations, complete receipts, collect donor information and track donors
• Receive ARC Center Trucks and assist to load, unload and move product to correct departments
• Maintain clean work and storage spaces
• Meet daily production goals for merchandise processing and store stock
• Bank Running or cross training in other departments
