SummaryThe Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
