Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, helping customers find auto parts and answer questions in person or over the phone. You’ll use your parts knowledge to assist teammates and provide outstanding customer care in a fast-paced environment.

If you love cars and learning about automotive parts, this role offers growth and a culture that promotes from within. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are valued, with competitive pay and benefits.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
