• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and helping maintain accurate inventory records.
• Contribute to various store operations and team support tasks as needed to optimize store performance, merchandising, and overall efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and operational standards.

This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement. It offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization

Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Retail store environment with frequent customer interaction
• Standing for extended periods and frequent movement within the store
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials (moderate weight)
• Use of computers, phones, and POS systems regularly
• Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and responsiveness

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $20.25. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
