Kroger Co. is seeking a Store Operations role based in Wisconsin to maintain pricing documentation accuracy and support store operations.

You will test vendor scan processes, manage weekly ad scanning, and perform essential housekeeping and PLU file tasks while promoting company initiatives and maintaining flexibility for various shifts. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and knowledge of department operations.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provide housekeeping in computer room including filters, cleaning, and power backup checks.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Promote and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Provide housekeeping in computer room, includes checking and cleaning filters, sweeping and mopping computer room floor, checking battery backup systems, and once a month power fail simulation
• Copy PLU File twice a week
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting
• Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielson, Sami, Special Item Movement Report)
• Demonstrate the ability and desire to promote, communicate and implement company initiatives and process improvements to direct reports in a positive manner
• Perform any and all duties as assigned
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights as the work demands; willing and available to work weekends and holidays as needed
