This role ensures that all POS systems are functioning efficiently to support smooth and effective customer transactions, thereby enhancing the overall shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the POS systems, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the POS systems in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruption. - Collaborate with the IT department to implement updates and upgrades to the POS systems as needed. - Train store staff on the proper use and functionalities of the POS systems to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing. - Monitor and analyze POS system performance and generate reports to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to POS operations and data security. - Assist in the setup and configuration of new POS systems during store openings or renovations. - Liaise with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and support of POS hardware and software. - Maintain an inventory of all POS equipment and ensure that all hardware is in good working condition. - Provide exceptional support to store management and staff to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.## QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
