Family Fare in Omaha, NE is seeking a Pharmacist to manage the store pharmacy operations, oversee prescriptions, inventory control, customer service, and regulatory compliance while leading pharmacy staff.

The role requires a Pharmacist license in good standing, a Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy, immunization certification preferred, and strong HIPAA knowledge; excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

Licensed pharmacist in good standing.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required, Doctorate preferred.
Immunization certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA rules and pharmacy regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Manage pharmacy operations at store level, including prescriptions and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
Process and oversee new/refill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain pharmacy records (customer profiles, billing, inventories, controlled substances).
Lead pharmacy staff, manage training, performance and goals, develop budgets as needed.
Prepare responses to third-party audits as required.
Meet or exceed pharmacy operation metrics (profits, Rx counts, budgets).
Promote customer-focused service and company service programs.
