Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking motivated individuals to own and operate their own store in Spring Valley, NV. As an Independent Operator you’ll take full responsibility for all aspects of store management, from operations to people leadership, merchandising, and community involvement.

You’ll hire and train a high-performing team, manage finances and inventory, and execute Grocery Outlet’s value-driven strategy. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with uncapped earning potential and flexible

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail store management or multi-unit restaurant management.

The Independent Operator Role

In this role, you’ll operate your own Grocery Outlet store with full responsibility for business operations.

• Financial & Business Acumen: Manage financial performance, including sales, margins, expenses, and overall profitability.
  
• Customer Experience: Create an inviting shopping experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store.
  
• Operational Autonomy: Run your store the way you think is best for your community, employees, and business.
