DICK’S Sporting Goods seeks a Teammate – Off Field Operations to support store success by performing inventory, fulfillment, and operational tasks with accuracy. As a Teammate, you’ll be coachable, accountable, collaborative, and trustworthy, contributing to strong execution and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist athletes to understand needs and provide product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment).
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs, and comply with external regulations including ATF.
