Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Operations Teammate to support inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and store operations. You will help maintain product availability, pricing accuracy, and signage standards while delivering an exceptional athlete experience on the sales floor or behind the scenes.

As part of a high-energy retail team, you’ll demonstrate energy, discipline, and teamwork, ensuring accurate processes and a seamless athlete experience across the store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
• Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes. Collaborate with sales teammates across the store to identify athlete needs and provide a personalized experience.
