Qualifications

• Knowledge of all operational tasks and ability to train those tasks.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and manage inventory in storage and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product at an advanced pace.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Maintain store and equipment cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to give written instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in coordinating tasks and mentoring team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including cost, inventory, and cash control.
• Develop future managers by setting an example.
