Domino's Pizza is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for our Chicago-area suburbs. You will lead 3–12 team members, oversee daily operations, and ensure fast, high-quality food production while maintaining cleanliness and a professional appearance.

Ideal candidates are 18+, coachable, and ready to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Opportunities include medical/dental/vision, tuition assistance, and a clear path to management growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates leadership and a positive, energetic environment.
• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Oversee safe, delicious food preparation while keeping the restaurant clean and organized.
• Coachable and able to adapt to staffing needs.
• Ability to deliver a great customer experience.
• Previous management experience is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work across multiple locations and shifts.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage 3–12 employees during your shift.
• Oversee all store operations when in charge.
• Ensure fast, accurate food preparation following recipes and baking procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Present a professional appearance per grooming standards.
• Be available to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
