Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of retail operations, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and work around cleaning chemicals.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect, tag, and process incoming shipments.
• Execute replenishment activities, manage ISOS reports.
• Maintain stockroom organization and lead reorganization initiatives.
• Support sales associates by conducting stock checks.
• Lead operational training and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Manager on visual changes.
• Drive process improvement projects and ensure compliance.
