Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist daily store operations, customer service, and quality standards. You will help manage labor and ensure adherence to brand procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include hands-on food prep, cash handling, scheduling, and delivering excellence in service while supporting managers in achieving sales targets and safe, clean facilities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication with management and customers.

• Ability to lead the team on duty and maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Ensure customers are welcomed and staff are responsive and courteous.
• Maintain food quality, portioning, image and service per brand standards.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and preparation lists.
• Hands-on food preparation, customer service, and coordinating deliveries.
• Support sales, service, sanitation, and teamwork objectives through training.
• Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Assist in product intake, counts, and deliveries per brand standards.
• Identify labor or food cost drivers and implement actions to improve figures.
• Assist in scheduling to meet business activity while controlling labor costs.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with EEO guidelines.
