Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to keep the store stocked, clean, and efficient while supporting the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. You will help ensure merchandise is available for guests and assist with daily operational tasks across the sales floor.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and delivering exceptional guest service. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required, with available full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; assist with tasks as assigned.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboards and processes such as shipment, replenishment, and inventories.
• Support merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and testing of products.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and delivering guest service.
