Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards.
• Adhere to the dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
