Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking a General Manager for our Emmaus store at 1010 Chestnut St. This full-time role requires overseeing daily operations, inventory, order processing, and delivery service while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include stocking from delivery area, taking phone and in-person orders, managing paperwork, maintaining clean facilities, driving deliveries, and coordinating staff to ensure fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic math and cash handling.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use a computer/POS system.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to deliver by car.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Deliver product by car and then to the door of the customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate addresses within the delivery area and read maps.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Must navigate diverse delivery sites while carrying product.
