• Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
• Clean equipment and the facility on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver product by car and then to the customer's door.
• Maintain food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
• Manage labor accountability and monitor employee productivity.
• Handle cash accurately and train all employees in all areas.
• Maintain a clean, professionally run store and provide coaching as needed.
