Job summary

Family Dollar seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily activities, help customers, and organize merchandise while upholding store standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with corporate directives, with responsibility for assisting in training and supervising Store Associates to maintain a positive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred/required.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drugstore environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
