Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking an Assistant Store Leader of Operations in Ann Arbor, MI. This role supports the Store Leader, drives sales, manages expenses, and ensures a clean, well-maintained store environment.

You will motivate associates, model service standards, and oversee merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention. The position requires at least 1 year of retail management experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent guest service and leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Leader to achieve store goals.
• Drive guest engagement, service standards and sales objectives.
• Oversee scheduling, back-of-house, and merchandise presentation.
• Coach and develop associates, provide timely feedback.
• Control loss prevention, banking and assets protection.
