Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Brunswick, ME is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store execution, freight scheduling, Feed to Floor, and inventory control while coaching the team and supporting the Store Manager.

You will ensure safety, compliance and customer service excellence, manage backroom standards, and drive operational metrics in a fast-paced rural retail environment. This role requires leadership experience and a hands-on approach to store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution and ensure store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist role and receiving standards.
• Maintain backroom, dock, and overall store organization and standards.
