Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Peabody, MA is seeking an Operations Manager who is a values-based leader, driving store-level operational execution to ensure product availability, readiness, and a consistent customer experience.

You will own shipment, replenishment, inventory processes, back-of-house organization, safety and asset protection, and collaboration with cross-functional partners. This role oversees Direct reports including Selling Associates and guides daily staff performance.

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Manager is a values-based leader who drives operational execution to ensure a consistent and efficient store environment. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Manager ensures operational routines are executed consistently to support product availability and store readiness. Specifically, this role owns:

• Execution of shipment, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Back-of-house organization and operational efficiency
• Inventory accuracy and operational compliance
• Cleanliness, safety, and asset protection standards
• Support of floorsets and product launches
• Identification and resolution of operational gaps
• Direct reports, including Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
