Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, operate all equipment, and manage stock from delivery to storage areas and the walk-in cooler.

You will prepare products, receive and process phone and walk-up orders, deliver products to customers, ensure accuracy in food, inventory and cash handling, and coach a team to maintain a clean, professional store.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone and walk-up customer orders.
• Clean equipment and facility continuously.
• Deliver product by car and then to door of customer.
• Responsible for food and product accuracy and inventory accountability.
• Responsible for labor accountability and employee productivity.
• Responsible for all cash handling and accuracy.
• Coach and train all employees in all areas.
• Responsible fro maintaining a clean and professionally run store.
