Job summary

Victoria's Secret in San Francisco is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support store readiness and execute daily operations. You will lead shipment, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will coach associates, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive sales and service while upholding company policies and values.

Responsibilities

• Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy
• Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Identifies and escalates operational issues
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
• Leading and demonstrating company values
• Executing the role of the Head Coach through coaching, zoning, team selling, and personal selling
• Coaching & development of associates and leaders
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
