Qualifications

• Minimum 50 hour work week with 1 day off and 1 on-call day.
• Knowledge of all product and operational standards.
• Ability to manage a team and training of all team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all stores meet or exceed minimum TIPS and Domino’s Pizza Standards.
• Responsible for all results in assigned stores ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met.
• Conduct evaluations and raises as needed and complete the necessary paperwork.
