Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Richland Township, Iowa store. You will support the store manager with daily operations, scheduling, and opening/closing duties while ensuring food safety and brand standards.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, manage inventory, handle customer inquiries, and assist with cash reconciliation. The role also involves supporting promotions to boost sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and co-workers.
• Must have a personally insured and well-maintained vehicle.
• Valid driver's license with at least 1 year driving experience and no more than 2 traffic violations in the last 2 years.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain good mobility.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Train new employees on Domino's standards, procedures, and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.
