Living Spaces is seeking a Store Operations Lead to oversee daily store execution, cash handling, and inventory integrity to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will reinforce SOPs, support floor resets with merchandising, run daily reports, and assist as Manager on Duty when needed, driving accuracy, service and sales performance.

This role requires high school diploma and 3+ years retail experience; proficient with Microsoft Office and Tableau; strong problem solving and de-escalation

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with policies and customer service expectations.
• Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale orders; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned.
• Reinforce SOPs through daily execution and report observations to leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns with problem-solving and de‑escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory through receiving, storage, cycle counts, and transfers; fulfill customer orders for pickup or delivery.
• Collaborate with merchandising on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards; verify pricing and signage.
• Perform daily operational reporting to identify errors and support corrective action; provide floor support during peak periods.

Position SummaryThe Store Operations Lead is a key operational role responsible for ensuring consistent execution of store operations that support a seamless customer experience and strong business performance. This position plays a critical role in validating day‑to‑day operational work and maintaining accuracy, compliance, and operational standards across the store.The role is primarily execution‑focused, with accountability for standardized operational work, inventory integrity, and adherence to established processes. Through consistent application of Standard Work across warehouse coordination, pricing accuracy, and operational reporting, the Store Operations Lead supports brand standards, operational efficiency, and sales performance through reliable, high‑quality execution and service excellence.Position DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Execute and validate daily store operations Standard Work to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and customer service expectations.Process and manage cash handling, complex transactions, and post‑sale order activities with accuracy and integrity; serve as Manager on Duty when assigned, handling discounts, escalations, and system overrides in accordance with policy.Reinforce standardized operational processes and SOP compliance through consistent daily execution; communicate execution‑related observations to store leadership to support service and operational consistency.Resolve customer concerns using effective problem-solving and de-escalation techniques to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.Maintain accurate inventory by performing receiving, storage, cycle counts, and product transfers; execute customer order fulfillment activities, including pick‑up and delivery processes, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Collaborate with merchandising teams on floor resets, product placement, and visual standards to uphold brand consistency.Verify accurate product pricing and point‑of‑purchase signage by conducting audits to confirm pricing accuracy, signage placement, and inventory integrity; correct discrepancies promptly.Perform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions to identify errors, track performance, and support corrective action through execution validation, efficiency, and compliancePerform daily operational reporting across operations, warehouse, and labeling functions to identify errors, track performance, and support corrective action through execution validation, efficiency, and compliance.Provide sales floor support during high‑traffic periods to maintain service standards and support customer experience execution.QualificationsEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs. Experience with operational reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.Certificates and Licenses: None requiredSupervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.Position Hiring RangeThe hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this page at any time.Compensation: $20.65 - $26.85Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy.
