Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of retail experience.
• Technically proficient with computer systems and related software.
• Able to gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records.
• Take initiative, assume responsibility, and execute tasks thoroughly.
• Interact with staff at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the store according to schedule.
• Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of management; direct the store team and follow policies.
• Resolve and/or report issues related to shifts, including employee, customer, or product concerns.
• Enforce safety policies and model safe practices.
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervision.
